Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services is now accepting applications for a Fire Training Coordinator - Volunteers Operations. Applications will be accepted through October 29th, 2017.
This is skilled work in fire service instruction, under general supervision is responsible for developing, leading, training and the implementation of a volunteer training program that will attract and retain volunteers. Provide all types of training to include advanced and specialized topics. Will assist in developing and updating lesson plans and keep training records. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Training Chief, and at the direction of the Fire Chief. The standard work week will be 40 hours, requiring extreme flexibility to accommodate the training of volunteer members of Cherokee County Fire & ES. (CCFES).
